This is how the Forge works and what you agree to when you join. We have written it in the plain words we use everywhere else, so you can see exactly what you are in for. The Forge is a MarwoodX program.

What the Forge is

The Forge gives you ideas and things to look out for, every week, to help your own AI save you time.

What we send is ideas, not professional advice. You decide what to do with them. We never do it for you. You are driving this.

What we see

Only a few set answers come to us, and only after you say go:

1. A short end-of-day check-in.
2. A weekly update. Every fourth week it has three more lines.
3. A few one-word messages: Pause, Restart, Stop, More time, My push, Stay on, Member and Teach.

We also see which step of the course you’re on. Nothing of what you type.

The set answers never carry your work, your clients, your ideas, your documents or anyone’s names.

We also keep your name, contact details and payments, for billing.

Anything else comes to us only when you choose to send it to the Forge team, after you have seen exactly what goes, with other people’s names, clients and figures taken out. We use it only to help you, and delete it once we’ve answered. If it is kept for any reason, it is deleted after 30 days.

What we don’t want

We don’t want your private information, and we never share it.

Please keep these out of what you send: other people’s private details, health records, bank or card numbers, tax file or ID numbers, and passwords. If something gets through by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.

A “what worked” note

Once a month your AI can offer to write a short note on one thing that worked for you. Names are taken out and you see exactly what it says. It goes only on your yes. We use what it teaches us to help other people, with nothing that points to you, and we never share your note as yours.

Your AI provider

What you type to your AI goes to your AI provider, under the privacy setting you chose when you set up. That is between you and them. It is separate from what comes to us.

If you join through a partner

Your partner is a local coach or adviser who adds their own human help, on their own fee and invoice. They see your first name and your set answers, and nothing else we hold.

If your partner is a lead partner, they also read the weekly idea we write for you before it reaches you, because they check it. They see it with your first name and set answers, and nothing else we hold.

What it costs and how to stop

All our prices are plus GST. Where we show a price to you as an individual, we show the total with GST too, and every payment gets a tax invoice that shows the GST.

You pay for your own Claude plan too, Pro or above. It is your AI and your work, so it stays yours, and our price doesn’t include it.

The Forge is month to month. You can cancel any time by sending Stop, and it takes effect from the next payment. Signing up is the commitment. We say plainly that results show around 90 days in.

Our guarantee

If you follow our process, we guarantee you will get time back. Following it means you send your weekly update every week, and do your end of day check in on most working days, for the first month. If you did, and your own reports show no time back, that month comes back to you.

When you stop

When you send Stop, we don’t charge you again. Your rules, your memory and every copy of your updates are already yours, on your own computer.
